We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.
Here's the fine print. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. You just can't return anything that's damaged, or altered in any way. Also, gift cards and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We're happy to give you a one-time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order's purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit if purchased online, and back to the original method of payment if purchased at one of our stores. Easy and pretty awesome.
Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You must return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or any shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Online Store Credit
Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website.
Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Online Store Credit like cash.
Online Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Online Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Online Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Baatwell@aol.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
